Pasquale Squitieri sets up an extremely effective plot, full of moments of tense action worthy of Sam Peckinpah, supported by a no-frills narrative structure that never lets up. The charismatic Joe Dallessandro (already an Andy Warhol superstar) brings the legend of Scarface up-to-date in an inner-city Neapolitan setting. A minor classic, widely considered a cult film internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A young Neapolitan delinquent is at war with his boss. He goes to Rome to gather a team of henchmen, then returns to Naples to take his revenge.
